1. Make an appointment for a session in advance. You can choose a time that suits you the best.
2. You can choose a therapist when you make an appointment in advance.
3. In case you can not come to the session, please give at least 3 hours notice.

4. Please come around 10-15 minutes before the session, it will help you to prepare for the treatment comfortably. Towels and disposable clothes are provided free of charge.
5. If you are late, you will shorten the time of your session. Session times are strictly enforced to avoid inconvenience to the next client. Please value your time and the time of other visitors.
6. You are advised to refrain from heavy meals. In case of alcohol intoxication and indecent behavior, the administration of our spa has the right to refuse service.
7. Before the beginning of treatment, please warn us about your contraindications: allergies, pregnancy, injuries, hernias, etc.
8. We strongly ask you to remove jewelry and watches.
9. To create a relaxing environment, please turn off cell phones and other electronic devices. Please do not speak very loudly.
10. We take into account all your wishes, if you have informed us about them in advance. You can specify the areas that the therapist should pay special attention to.
11. Our salon does not provide services of an intimate nature, including erotic massage. In case of a guest's inappropriate behavior, the masseur has the right to stop the treatment.
